Is it possible for the recipient of MaxSMS message to reply to it?

No, it’s technically impossible. In messages like MaxSMS the sender is presented in the alphanumerical series which is not a telephone number, and so a mobile has no possibility to reply to this kind of message.

Is it possible to reply to the EkoSMS messages?

Yes, it’s possible. In messages like EkoSMS the sender is presented as a random telephone number registered in the name of our company. If the recipient replies to this kind of text message, the sent content will be available in the Client Panel via email. This content can also be accessed from other IT system using SMS API. This function is free.

Can all the content in the EkoSMS be sent with the same sender number?

No, this is not a standard function in case of EkoSMS mass texting service. Each message can be sent from a different number. Moreover, another message sent to the same recipient may also be sent from a different number.

Can I receive a delivery report for the sent texts?

Yes, this is a standard function. In the Client Panel, there are message sending, delivery and failure to deliver reports. There’s also information which numbers the content was not delivered to due to incorrect or non-operational number. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file and then opened in a spreadsheet, for example MS Excel. This function is free. Downloading reports for bulk texting and SMS notifications is also possible through SMS API.

How long is a sent message valid?

In the settings of the Client panel it is possible to set how long a message should be valid (for example, 5 minutes, 1 day, 7 days and so on).

Is it possible to import phone numbers?

Yes, of course. This is a standard and free feature in the Client Panel. What is more, it is possible to update this directory on a regular basis. There’s information in our blog concerning building client database and text campaigning directed at the collected numbers. Check out our blog.

How to recognize how many SMS messages there are in one text message?

The number of SMSs in one message depends on the number of characters used in the message as well as the type of the characters (standard/special characters). It’s important to remember that using even one special character in a message shortens its content. In the SMS getaway in the Client Panel it’s possible to check how long a given message is. This function is also available through SMS API.
